The workshop on “Physics Dynamics Coupling in Weather and Climate Models” will take place on September 20-22, 2016 in Richland, WA, USA at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. This is the second workshop in the PDC workshop series, following PDC14. The PDC16 workshop aims at addressing challenges in the development of advanced algorithms to accurately and efficiently represent process interactions that determine fundamental characteristics of weather and climate systems.
